Terms of Service

Dirlance reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that increase or improve the current Service, including the arrival of new tools, might be liable to the Terms of Service.

General Terms

1. We might, however, have no commitments to remove contents and accounts that we determine in our sole discretion are threatening, offensive, unlawful, libelous, defamatory, pornographic or otherwise objectionable or violate any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
2. You agree not to imitate, copy, and share of the service without written permission to Dirlance.
3. The service is provided on accessible basis and its use is at your sole risk.
4. You must not include the transmission of junk mail, chain letters, or spontaneous mass mailing
5. Dirlance should not be at risk to you or to any outsider for any adjustment, suspension or discontinuance of its Service.
6. You may not offer employer (Buyer) to pay, or make payment using any method other than through the Dirlance site.
7. The freelancer may withdraw their funds using one of Dirlance withdrawal options once the job is completed and the employer (Buyer) is reviewed.
8. The freelancer rating is calculated based on the order reviews posted by employers
   
9. The Freelancer should perform services as an independent contractor, and nothing in these Terms of Service shall be considered to create a partnership or joint venture.
10. Refunds will be paid to customer: (a) Which project or job has not been completed and (b) It does not meet or satisfy the requirement which the customer state down. Note there will be a 2% refund charge.

Account Terms

1. You must give and keep up a substantial email address.
2. You are in charge of all the content posted and movement that happens under your account (that is when content is posted by other people who have admittance to your account).
3. Dirlance cannot and will not be subject to any misfortune or harm from your inability to conform to this security commitment. You are responsible for keeping up the security of your account and password.
4. You cannot register an account by automated method; you must be a human.
5. We might suspend your account if you do not follow our terms or use the platform to defraud users or post an illegal service.
